Christoph Ingenhoven
Biography:
- Christoph Ingenhoven, born 1960 in Düsseldorf, Germany, studied architecture at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen with a year of study at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. In 1985 he founded the architectural firm Ingenhoven Architekten in Düsseldorf. In addition to his work as a designer, he has been involved in many competitions as a jury member, expert consultant and judge, and has also held lectures in many cities around the world. Ingenhoven is a member of the Architektenkammer Nordrhein-Westfalen, the BDA (Bund Deutscher Architekten) and RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). He also serves on the following boards: Aedes Forum e.V., Berlin; Stiftung Lebendige Stadt, Hamburg, International Architecture Biennial, Rotterdam; Initiative Baukultur e.V., Berlin.
