Since its opening in 1985, the Saatchi Gallery has influenced contemporary art in England. In the new premises, the gallery exhibits works of young and well well-known artists from all over the world. Vitra furniture was chosen for the café and restaurant because it is particularly durable – both in terms of quality and in terms of its timeless design.
