The new Skape managers’ chair passed a crucial test during the NATO summit on 3 April 2009: Skape chairs were used to provide comfortable seating for 60 heads of state and government ― such as Barack Obama, Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sarkozy ― from the 26 member states in the Florentine Room (Florentiner Saal) of the Kurhaus in Baden-Baden.
