Spanisch EU presidency

During the Spanish EU presidency, summits, meetings and events were held in 25 cities across Spain. The Prime Minister’s office ordered Vitra furniture that was required for temporary installation: For the ministers’ main conference rooms, the press centres of the radio and TV journalists, the press conference rooms, the ministers’ individual offices and the reception areas. Vitra not only planned the interior design, which was different at every location and had special requirements in terms of electricity and lighting, but also organised the order process, the logistics, the transport and everything else for the furniture infrastructure of big events in Madrid, Barcelona, Toledo, Seville, Palma de Mallorca, La Coruña, etc.
