Three independent pieces — seat, lumbar and back — provide correct ergonomic support. Synchronous seat mechanism maintains an ideal angle between seat and back. Mechanisms for seat height adjustment and variable back lock are hidden from view but easily located by touch. Backrest tension can be adjusted.
