The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception desk, carrying out general administration duties. She has to carry out the day to day administration of the front office:
- Reception: make visitors feel welcome and comfortable - Dispatch of all incoming mail - Dispatch of all request on info@vitra.be - Answer and dispatch all telephone calls - Perform general administrative duties (+ exceptionally assist other administrative staff with overflow work) - Management office supplies - Maintain and inventory supply of marketing tools (stock folders and brochures) - Making travel and meeting arrangements
Profile
We require a lively, enthusiastic person who can cope under pressure to work in our busy office. The ideal candidate will have experience, be computer literate and have reception experience: - Language skills: French (mother tongue), Dutch, English - Computer skills: MS Office: Word, Excel, etc. - A pleasant personality and a neat appearance
