Erste Group

The Erste Group is one of the largest financial services providers in Central and Eastern Europe. The goal when building the 'Erste Campus' was to unite the more than twenty subsidiaries dispersed throughout Vienna in one central location. It also aimed to establish a motivating, inspiring and healthy working environment that strengthens the 'we' feeling and in which employees find all the conditions necessary for communicative and efficient teamwork.

Vitra outfitted most of the Erste Campus, providing over 4000 complete workstations and various furnishings for the central zones. The height-adjustable configurations used throughout the complex are geared specifically to the work processes and employee requirements.
