When the office in Zurich recently moved to a historic building, the furnishings were ill-suited to the interior and the dynamic team’s agile work methods. The employees needed an environment that supports teamwork, collaboration and focused individual tasks as well as informal ad-hoc communication. At the same time, Fjord also wanted to maintain the openness of the workspace.
‘We are convinced by the simplicity and logic of the system. It’s a perfect tool to build and rebuild our working environment.‘
Gregor Neidig
In its search for a furnishing solution that fulfils all these requirements and simultaneously helps to structure and organise the office space, Fjord came across the modular office system Comma from Vitra – and was quickly impressed by its simplicity and logic.
Diverse installations were then planned and implemented in the Zurich office. Thanks to their flexible configuration, they can be easily adapted and extended by the employees themselves to accomodate changing situations and team growth.
