Endress+Hauser

As an international supplier of products, solutions and services for industrial process measurement and automation, Endress+Hauser puts great emphasis on the recruitment and specialist training of young employees. The company consequently sought to develop an inspiring training environment that would facilitate dynamic learning and strengthen brand identification.

The project planners participated in a series of workshops with Vitra, enabling them to achieve a common understanding of the structures and processes involved and define the requirements of the new environment – taking the trainees' wishes into account. The implementation of the plan provides for a versatile array of spaces with both formal and informal communication zones, work areas for group projects and a 'market place' that encourages interaction amongst the firm's young trainees.
