If your skills and qualifications match our position, we will invite you to participate in a telephone interview or a face-to-face meeting.


Telephone interview

We use telephone interviews to learn more about your experience, qualifications, skills, career goals and personal strengths. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare extensively for the telephone interview. Keep your CV/Resume on hand and simply be open and natural. We look forward to learning more about you.


Face-to-face meeting

In a face-to-face interview, you will become better acquainted with our company, your contact person and the specific duties of the vacant position.

We will notify you of our decision as soon as possible after the appointment. In some cases, we may ask you to work on a temporary assignment. This is where you can get to know our company and your future colleagues. We can also use this opportunity to know you better.

What documents should accompany the application?
Please send us a cover letter, your Curriculum Vitae/Resume, employer references, internship certificates, educational diplomas with grades, and all other relevant documentation of your qualifications. Work samples or unique portfolios could also be a part of the application documents.

Note that your cover letter presents the only opportunity to tell your personal story. Ideally, your letter should arouse the curiosity and interest of the reader.

Your CV/Resume enables us to assess whether you have the professional qualifications for the respective job. Please make sure that it includes all important information. Diplomas and certificates provide confirmation of your skills and give a more precise account of your background and experience.

What role does the Vitra Business Partner play in the application process?
Our Business Partner responsible for the job opening will serve as your contact person during the application process. You can find the respective Business Partner and his or her contact information in the details of every job offer. If you have questions in regard to content or organizational matters, the Business Partner will provide assistance.
Is it possible to add corrections or additional documents to an application that has already been submitted?
Yes, you can send missing documents or make changes in your application. To do this, send an email to jobs@vitra.com requesting that your existing application be amended with corrections or additional documents. We will promptly process the changes.
Can I submit an unsolicited application?
