Algemene informatie
The Vitra Design Museum, the Vitra Schaudepot, the Vitra Design Museum Gallery as well as the restaurants on the Vitra Campus can only be visited in compliance with the so-called 2G+ rule i.e. vaccinated and recovered persons whose full immunisation is longer than three months must provide proof of testing or proof of a third vaccination. The visits to the VitraHaus, Interior Studio and the shop in the Vitra Schaudepot are possible if the 2G rule (recovered or vaccinated) is observed. Architecture and exhibition tours take place regularly. The 2G+ rules and the obligation to wear a mask also apply. FFP2 masks are mandatory all buildings on the Vitra Campus.

Face masks must be worn in all buildings on the Vitra Campus. This also applies to participation in workshops. Registration with contact details is mandatory on site.

Please bring a digital certificate with QR code, it will no longer be sufficient to present the yellow vaccination certificate. This is an official regulation of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

The Vitra Campus is open on the holidays from 12 - 5 pm and on 24 December from 10 am - 2 pm.

Wed – Sun, 9.30 am – 2 pm: Depot Deli (Closed from 20 - 24.12)

Restaurants
The VitraHaus Café will offer hot food daily from 12 to 5 pm. A take-away selection of drinks and snacks will still be available. The Depot Deli is open Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 2 pm. All visitors inside the VitraHaus Café and Depot Deli must show proof of full vaccination (14 days – 3 months old), proof of recovery (28 days – 3 months old), or proof of a third vaccination. Vaccinated and recovered persons whose full immunisation is longer than three months must provide proof of testing or proof of a third vaccination.

In overeenstemming met de overheidsvoorschriften en in overleg met een medische taskforce werden er uitgebreide veiligheids- en hygiënemaatregelen ingevoerd om de campusbezoekers en -medewerkers maximaal te beschermen en hen toch optimaal te laten kennismaken met design en architectuur.

• Het dragen van een mondmasker is verplicht in alle openbare ruimtes en alle gebouwen op de Vitra Campus. Dit geldt ook voor rondleidingen en workshops (chirurgische of FFP2-maskers).
• Spatschermen voor alle ontvangstruimtes, kassa’s en winkels van de Vitra Campus
• Signalering, inclusief informatieborden
• Voldoende mogelijkheden om de handen te ontsmetten
• Meer frequente reiniging van sanitaire ruimtes en oppervlakken die vaak worden aangeraakt (deurgrepen enz.)
• Betaling met debet- of kredietkaart geniet de voorkeur (contante betalingen zijn nog steeds mogelijk)

We vragen onze bezoekers en gasten om zich verantwoordelijk te gedragen door zich aan de maatregelen te houden: handen wassen, social distancing van minstens 1,5 meter, thuisblijven bij griepachtige symptomen, hoesten en niezen in de elleboog, geen handen schudden enz.

All our shipping service providers are able to provide contactless delivery. For example, some shipping service providers now use photographic documentation instead of the recipient's signature. If the delivery is made by a forwarding company, you will be called before the delivery and can, for example, arrange to have it delivered to your door.

Our indicated production and delivery times are up to date. However, our transport service providers still have to process an increased transport volume. This may cause occasional delays in delivery.

If the installation of a product to be assembled cannot be carried out by us, we will temporarily not offer this product for sale.
