MDF
Medium-density fibreboard, also known as MDF board, consists primarily of debarked coniferous wood broken down into fine fibres. MDF is a wood-based material with a uniform structure both lengthwise and crosswise. Its edges are hard and smooth, making it possible to cut clean profiles. Vitra is an industry leader in the development and application of powder coating methods for MDF. Powder coating produces an even, robust surface finish with seamless edges, making it ideal for constructions with cut-outs or for complex corner joints.
