Take a seat: Try regional specialities at the VitraHaus Café and internationally inspired delicacies at the Depot Deli. In the summer, take away options are also available: In front of the VitraHaus, the Airstream offers snacks, ice cream and cold drinks and on Place Jean Prouvé, in front of the Vitra Schaudepot, a converted Citroen Type H serves cold brew coffee, ice cream and homemade vegan pastries.
VitraHaus Café
The VitraHaus Café is on the ground floor of the VitraHaus. Relax and refresh here after visiting the Vitra Design Museum or VitraHaus and take a break on the terrace with some coffee and cake. We’re open for breakfast, lunch or coffee from 10am to 6pm. Enjoy freshly prepared dishes and seasonal regional cuisine as well as an extensive choice of coffees and cakes.

Depot Deli
With its “Brunch & Lunch Food” offering, the Depot Deli next to the Schaudepot on Vitra Southern Campus is dedicated to creativity, health and sustainability. Inspired by modern, international cuisine, here there is something for every taste and generation, with delicious vegan and gluten-free options available too. Everything is freshly prepared and produced in-house. Sample seasonal offerings and soak up the summer sun on the large terrace with a view onto Place Jean Prouvé.

Airstream Kiosk
The Airstream team open up their kiosk in the summer months from Wednesday to Sunday 12pm–6pm and are delighted to serve you food to take away. Built in 1968, the Airstream has been a permanent fixture of the Vitra Campus since 2011. Take a break by the lawn in front of the VitraHaus and enjoy cold drinks and ice cream from the Airstream.
Citroen H Food Truck
In front of the Depot Deli on Place Jean Prouvé, a food truck in a restored and converted Citroen H is open in the summer and serves takeaway food. Here on the Southern Campus, you can enjoy specialities like homemade and vegan pastries, homemade ice cream or cold brew coffee. Opening times: on sunny weekends 12pm-6pm.
