Tokyo, Japan

The event management and advertising agency moved into a new, multi-storey office building to mark the visible transition from a start-up to a multifaceted, creative company. This adjustment in the corporate message also aimed to benefit employees by providing an identity-generating and motivating environment.

The resulting open-plan office layout has improved communicative teamwork thanks to the creation of formal and informal meeting areas. A variety of different workspaces and private retreats allow employees to adopt the style of work that suits them best.
