Metal Side Tables Outdoor
Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, 2004
The outdoor versions of the Metal Side Tables, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, have a matt powder-coated finish and are available in a separate range of colours from the highly-polished indoor versions. An additional version with a non-coated galvanised surface is also available. The combination of thin table tops and plinth-like bases generates an appealing contrast.
Information
Material description
- Table top and base: bent and welded sheet steel, galvanised, optional powder-coating with fine surface texture. The galvanised version is finished with an irregular surface polish.
- Glides: polyamide.
- Outdoor use: suitable for utilisation outdoors on a temporary or seasonal basis, following care instructions. After prolonged exposure to the elements, clean and store away in a dry, sheltered place to ensure lasting use and avoid any deterioration in appearance.
- Note: if used frequently outdoors, the galvanised version without powder coating can acquire a a typical patina over time.
