Founded in 1932, Quilvest (Switzerland) Ltd. is a multi-family office with a Swiss banking licence and a leading expert in complex wealth management. In 2025, Quilvest moved into new premises in a listed building just off Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse. The former telephone exchange has been extensively renovated and redesigned to meet the requirements of contemporary professional environments.

What began with the need for more attractive offices developed into a project to comprehensively reshape the working culture in close collaboration with Vitra's Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS). Quilvest's future workflows were scrutinised and refined with the following goals in mind: delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating a future-oriented landscape to achieve a 'new way of working', breaking up existing structures in favour of agility and the simplification and optimisation of internal processes.
'With this project, we not only wanted to design the new office interiors, but also enable change: for an inspiring customer experience and a sustainable work environment in a prime location in Zurich.'
Spread over 1450 m² and three floors, high-quality products and solutions have established an inspiring environment that fosters creativity, enhances efficiency and brings the company's identity to life.
