Henkel
Paris, Boulogne Billancourt, France

At Henkel's French headquarters in a Paris suburb south of the Bois de Boulogne, the company has redesigned another site based on its smartwork@office concept introduced in 2021, which defines the office as 'A place where people and organisations come together, network and grow'. The concept is being rolled out at various locations of the company, which is active in adhesive technologies as well as the hair, laundry and home care sectors. The goal of the planning was to create an attractive working environment that promotes team-based collaboration and makes employees enjoy coming to the office.
The result is an activity-based working office in Boulogne Billancourt that provides the different teams with functional options for dynamic collaboration. The interior radiates a welcoming, home-like appeal and embodies the culture and values that the company seeks to convey. Having already partnered with Vitra on previous projects, Henkel was not only convinced by the planning expertise of the Vitra Consulting & Planning Studio, but also by the quality of Vitra products. All the different areas – workstations, meeting rooms, retreat zones, lounge spaces and reception – were therefore outfitted with furnishings from Vitra and Artek.
