Ravensburger AG
Ravensburg, Germany

The international game company and publishing house Ravensburger contacted Vitra in order to modernise its ageing offices. Not only were they looking for advice and assistance in planning a contemporary New Work environment, but also desired products that fulfil Ravensburger's high standards in terms of design, quality, sustainability and timeless aesthetic. The aim was to promote corporate values, cooperation between different teams and communication, as well as to convey the company's identity through a unique Ravenburger working environment.
During the planning process, Vitra's Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS) partnered with the client to involve the employees in the project and generate enthusiasm for a new open office landscape. The outcome is a home-like, acoustically optimised environment whose targeted use of corporate colours has created a distinctive workplace in which Ravensburger's New Work strategy has been successfully brought to life.
In March 2024, Ravensburger was honoured with four 'Employer Branding Awards' at the Talent Attract conference for its initiative to involve employees in the decision-making process for the design and implementation of a multi-space concept from the outset.
