zero360
Berlin, Germany

The management consultancy zero360 supports organisations in their innovation and transformation processes and has expanded significantly since its inception in 2012. As a result of the growing need for additional space, the company decided to move into new offices in a recently converted listed building that had previously been a hardware store. The aim was to create a working environment that facilitates focused work, team formats and spontaneous interaction on an equal scale.

A further key objective was to make the company culture tangible throughout the premises, and Vitra was the obvious choice for the interior design. The Swiss furniture manufacturer supported the planning and furnishing of the workstations, meeting rooms and retreat areas, as well as agile creative spaces, a lounge and a quiet room. To meet zero360's sustainability goals, existing Vitra furniture was integrated and complemented with new products backed by a verified CO₂ footprint.
This has resulted in a working environment that encourages identification with the company, provides room for further growth, shows appreciation for employees and positions the company as an attractive employer.

"Partnering with Vitra on our move to Haus Lademann represented a decisive step in the development of our company culture. Vitra didn't simply relocate us – they took the time to understand who we are and how we work.
We particularly value Vitra's recognition of our agile work methods and their ability to conceive spaces that foster co-creation and empowerment. As a result, our new offices are not just a location where we are physically present, they are also a place where our culture and way of working are visible and truly tangible."
