In transforming an old farmhouse into a ClimaHotel-certified resort, the challenge was to uphold the character of the building while simultaneously providing superior comfort for guests. As the hotel operators place great importance on an integral understanding of quality – from hospitality and energy efficiency to transparent and fair management – all renovations were carried out by local firms with materials from the region, with a view to tradition and respect for the environment.
