Macramé workshops

Vitra Campus

Macramé is a creative knotting technique originating in the Middle East and Asia. It uses knots to produce decorative and functional objects. Be it in the form of wall hangings, plant hangers or jewellery – macramé brings charm and character to every space. It is a relaxing and diverse craft, which is fun and inspires creativity.

Join us on the Vitra Campus for a series of macramé workshops, where you and fellow participants will learn knotting techniques and skills through expert guidance - and leave with your own macramé wall hanging! Each workshop lasts around 2.5 hours and is held in the relaxing, homely atmosphere in the Tado Ando conference pavilion on the Vitra Campus.

The ticket price includes workshop materials, printed instructions and unlimited mineral water throughout the event. Participation in the workshops is suitable for children from 10 years.
