Since 1999, EuroAirport has collaborated with Vitra to equip its gate areas with functional, durable furniture solutions. Systems introduced at that time, such as the Eames Tandem Seating (ETS), have withstood the intense demands of airport operations, proving reliable in everyday use and laying the groundwork for a long-term partnership.
Following the installation of 1000 seating units of ETS and 3000 units of Airline, the most recent phase incorporated additional elements, including the upholstered Soft Wait system, powered Joyn 2 standing-height tables paired with HAL chairs, and the Petit Repos lounge chair. Through ongoing adaptation to changing needs, this has resulted in a furnishing concept optimised for long-term use and the realities of a high-traffic airport environment.
