The staff of the regional bank's head office were spread over various buildings. These fragmented organisational units were to be consolidated in a new headquarters. The client came to Vitra with this scenario and together they carried out an in-depth analysis, organised architectural design bids, conducted strategy and user workshops, coordinated the planning, oversaw tendering of the interior design among retailers and managed implementation of the project.

Thanks to this comprehensive approach throughout the entire project, a consistent aesthetic language and high level of quality were achieved in the furnished areas, such as office workstations, advisors' offices, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeteria and training rooms. As employees at all levels were involved in the development phase, acceptance and identification with the new environment is extremely high, and the simplified communication processes have quickly led to enhanced collaboration.
