Shipping conditions and return of used furniture
Online Shop
Delivery
We only deliver to customers who have their usual residence (invoice address) in France. We work together with the shipping service provider DHL. Our deliveries are sent via the climate-friendly shipping service DHL GoGreen. Large parcels are delivered by a forwarding agent. During the checkout process, the following additional services can be selected for these forwarding shipments:
• Delivery inside the first locked door (main building door, not apartment door) - depending on the residential situation (e.g. apartment building with multiple units), this may not be the apartment door.
• Delivery inside the apartment (apartment door) - the forwarding company will deliver your order inside the apartment door if you live in an apartment building, for example.
• Delivery inside the apartment (apartment door) + unpacking + removal of packaging material - the forwarding agents unpack your delivery and dispose of the packaging material.
• Delivery inside the apartment + unpacking + removal of packaging material + installation - for products that generally require assembly, this additional service cannot be deselected.
These additional services require advance notice and can therefore only be added during the ordering process. Changes cannot be accommodated at a later date.
Please note that both your apartment and optionally the desired place within your home must be accessible without restrictions (lifts that are too small or staircases that are too narrow). Delivery by furniture lift, for example, cannot be selected, but can be evaluated at the customer's request.
The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage. The goods are insured against shipping damage and the condition is documented prior to shipment. Please inspect the shipping box for damage before opening it and photograph any damage to the packaging. In the unlikely case that the product is damaged in addition to the outer packaging, this must be communicated to the logistics company on site at the time of delivery. Delivery times
The stated delivery times shall start at the time of confirmation of the order. They are approximate indications. A delivery within the specified time frame is expected but cannot be guaranteed. Possible delays in delivery by our transport service providers may occur in rare cases.
Please note that your delivery may be delivered by different shipping providers and on different days depending on the products in your basket.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. See the following table for prices. When ordering several products, the delivery charge for the bulkiest product applies.

Return of used furniture
In accordance with the regulations in force and as part of our eco-responsible approach, we take back your used furniture at no cost for the purchase of a new piece of furniture under the following conditions:
• The wish to take back your used furniture is indicated at the time of finalising the order by adding a comment in the field "Do you have a message concerning your order?" specifying the nature, dimensions and weight of your used furniture item;
• The used furniture item is equivalent to the furniture item you purchased online from us (same type and quantity; equivalent or smaller dimensions);
• The used furniture is disassembled before being taken back;
• The components of the used furniture item to be taken back can be collected at the time and place of delivery of the new furniture, in an accessible manner; and
• The used furniture must not endanger the safety and health of the carrier.
Any return request made after the order has been placed or made with an order for new products other than furniture (in particular accessories) cannot be taken into account. The carrier is entitled to refuse to take back your used furniture if the above conditions are not met.
Desired delivery period
By selecting a desired delivery period, you have the option of delaying the earliest possible delivery: you can postpone the standard scheduled delivery to a later time, thus ensuring that goods are not delivered until you have returned from a planned absence – for example a holiday. The delivery times indicated are indicative and approximate values. That is why the desired delivery period selected does not represent a binding delivery date.
