pester pac automation GmbH, a family-owned company now in its fourth generation, develops and manufactures highly specialised packaging machines and automation solutions for the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries and employs around 1000 people worldwide.

The aim of the project was to create a modern, collaborative working environment that supports organisational transformation. Key points were the introduction of a desk-sharing concept, the translation of agile working methods into the physical workplace, and the consistent involvement of employees right from the early planning phase.

Due to an existing long-standing collaboration and shared values in quality, design and sustainability, the Vitra Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS) was tasked with the holistic planning and implementation of the interior spaces.

The office landscape was implemented as an integrated overall concept: modern workstations, meeting rooms, lounges and communal areas are tailored to different usage scenarios and equipped with Vitra solutions. The result is an inspiring environment that promotes both focus and exchange, enhances efficiency and flexibility, and strengthens continuing collaboration.
