As the nights draw in and the temperatures drop, the VitraHaus is embracing the season and its ambience. This year's winter concept – 'Bring Your Light Home' – invites you to take away inspiration for your own home, with light and warmth wrapping you in a soft blanket of comfort and cosiness.

New scenes on all levels of the VitraHaus are sure to put you in the Christmas spirit. But don't expect traditional winter wonderland vibes. Instead, prepare for inspiring moments that make the festivities feel like home. Beautifully decorated Christmas trees and elegant gold detailing sparkle and shine as the stars of the show. There's a packed agenda of activities on the Vitra Campus...

Join one of the evening guided tours of the new Doshi Retreat and explore the newest building on the Vitra Campus after dark – and perhaps in the bright light of a full moon. Two short 30-minute tours will be offered at 6.30pm and 7.15pm on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, Friday, 5 December 2025 and Saturday, 3 January 2026. The VitraHaus – with its shop and café – and the Vitra Design Museum will be open until 8pm on these days. Tickets are available exclusively online and the number of places is limited.

The Vitra Design Museum Shop at the VitraHaus is shining bright with its beautiful display of candle holders that are also available to buy. Look out for a series of special deals at the Circle Store during the winter months.
