Spring is one of the most beautiful times on the Vitra Campus. Join us for the Vitra Campus Spring Festival on the meadow around the Dome by Buckminster Fuller and in the VitraHaus by Herzog & de Meuron on Saturday, 10 May from 12 noon to 5pm. Friends and family are welcome.
Take part in a variety of workshops and guided tours for all age groups – including perhaps the special short tours being offered through the Lounge Chair Atelier or Vitra's flagship store: the VitraHaus. You can also look forward to a prize competition and musical entertainment. For younger visitors there will be face painting and a play area.
Refreshments are also on offer: a range of hot and cold snacks, sweet delicacies and drinks will be available as you relax among the blossoming cherry trees on the meadow. We also invite you to visit the exhibition «Nike: Form Follows Motion» at the Vitra Design Museum. A further highlight: the Circle Store on the South Campus, which give used furniture from Vitra and Artek a second life. The Circle Store also has a special event planned for the spring festival – definitely something to look forward to!
The Vitra Schaudepot and the Depot Deli will be open during the festivities.No registration is necessary. However, we do reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of bad weather.
