パンター&トゥーロンによる新作「アナグラム ソファ」は、ただの快適なソファではありません。いくつかのプラットフォームとパーツからなるモジュール構造で、日々のニーズや暮らし方、働き方の大きな変化にも瞬時に適応する、高い柔軟性を兼ね備えたソファシステムです。
「アナグラム ソファ」の基本構造であるプラットフォームは、バックレストやサイドパネルとして使えるパネルやテーブルを四方どこにでも取り付けられるよう設計されています。独創的なクリックメカニズムにより、パネルやテーブルはいつでも簡単に取り付け、取り外し、再配置できます。このメカニズムにより、「アナグラム ソファ」の組み合わせとレイアウトは無限大です。典型的なL字型のソファコーナーや心地良く小さな読書スペース、来客時の簡易的なベッド、オープンな空間のミーティングポイントやフォーマルなラウンジ、S字型のコミュニケーションエリア、隠れ家のように過ごせるリラックススベースなど、さまざまなシーンに適応できます。
Anagram: suits every space, taste and purpose
Anagram comes in two versions: Sofa and Club. Both are modular and can be easily reconfigured. Anagram Sofa is soft and spacious, inviting users to relax and recline. The slightly more compact Anagram Club features a more upright seating design and firmer upholstery.

From idea to system
Stefano Panterotto and Alexis Tourron explore the interplay between design, technology and society with their design studio Panter&Tourron. Driven by material research and technical innovation, they challenge convention and seek solutions for the evolving demands of everyday life. In developing Vitra’s Anagram sofa collection, they aspired to achieve maximum adaptability and longevity.
‘Vitra approached us with a very specific challenge: How can we build a sofa that works almost as a bridge from today to a living situation in the next 30 years? That’s where the idea of modularity and a flexible platform originated.’

How does the young designer duo Panter&Tourron envision the future of living and working? Can functionality, flexibility, minimalism, and sustainability be combined in a single product? We visited the two designers in their studio in Lausanne.
